Uploading and Parsing a S3 record set

  1. Login to the NNELS website
  2. Go to the top menu bar and select Content > Add Content > s3 record set
  3. Give the S3 record set the same name as its MARC XML record set (include publisher/supplier name, current month and year)
  4. Copy and paste the content of the text file you created into the S3 Paths (Tab Delimited) text box
  5. Also upload the .txt file
  6. Click Save
  7. Navigate to the top menu bar and select Shortcuts > Parse S3 Record sets
  8. The latest S3 record set will appear at the top of the list. Click on Parse File

By parsing the S3 record set, the system knows which files need to be matched to which records. All you need to do now is actually attach the files to their records. Move on to Attaching the file in S3 to its record in Drupal.
