Despite widespread increases in internet availability, this essential role that libraries play in facilitating access, is not going away.  It is important that Public Libraries in BC continue to upgrade their understanding of connectivity challenges and improve the technologies that they use to facilitate this access. Deepening understanding of connectivity challenges, will help libraries in the offering of both new digital programs as well as for more traditional services.
