 +<note tip>
+Locating all the text and phrases that require emphasis can be tedious and time consuming. We came up with this possible solution for speeding up the process: have two word versions of the original (one to reformat and one to search for italics/emphasis.)
 +
 +The current workflow as follows:
 +
+  * Download the word doc from cyberduck
 +  * Open>Select All>Copy
+  * Open new document and paste (use keep text only option so it is clear of all formatting)
+  * Save new document as working file (i.e. Title_Of_Book_YourLastName)
+  * Keep original with all formatting
+  * Keep both open at same time
+  * Use advanced search in original to locate italics/emphasis (you can search for both Italics and Emphasis this way. I can write up detailed steps once you give me the go ahead)
+  * Use search to find word/phrase in working copy to apply emphasis style
 +
+This should help speed up the process of locating the emphasis in the original.

-Q: I am editing a poem that uses strikethrough in its original format. Can I recreate this format for the daisy version? Or should I highlight these lines and the format change in an inline producer'note+
- +
-A: Good question! In HTML5 we would simply mark the text with a ''<s>'' tag; however in DTBook XML they don't have a tag for this. I'd suggest that, for now, we retain the strikethrough in Word (so no producer's note) and see how/if it translates to XMLIt may use a <spantag that links the text to a specific CSS style. We may have to manually edit the XML and create our own CSS style but I'm not sure yet… +
