Restart a Failed Batch
This section only appears if there are items that have been added to a batch.
If Batch Mode gets stuck, and you can successfully select the Cancel button and go the the Welcome Page, you will need to restart the failed batch to remove the title that caused the error.
To Restart a Failed Batch:
- Enter the error message (if applicable) and any additional details into the
Detailstext box. - Select the
Restart Batchbutton - The job will be removed from your list and the batch will restart
- A report will be sent to the Developer and Production Coordinator
If you were unable to cancel the title, then you will need to select the
Report Stuck Job link below the Cancel button on the Batch Mode page. Go to Batch Mode and review the instructions for If Cancel Button Does Not Work.
